
John graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees. His preferred areas of practice are Corporate Commercial Law, Wills and Estates and Real Property Law. John has been a volunteer in many community charitable organizations, lectured and instructed for the Legal Education Society of Alberta (LESA) and sat on various Law Society committees. John has also sat on the boards of both public and private companies and enjoys working to understand the business and personal needs of his clients while providing meaningful advice to achieve his clients’ objectives. In his free time, John has acted as Chairman of the United Way Legal Professional Division, coached minor hockey and soccer, and is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying golf, skiing, hunting, fishing and mountain treks.

Chuck was born and raised in Alberta and has attended the University of Alberta, the University of Western Ontario, and the University of Saskatchewan, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts, a Business Degree, a Masters of Business and Administration and of course, a Law Degree. He is especially interested in corporate and commercial law and has sat on a number of committees and boards. Shaped by family and community, Chuck has participated in various extra-curricular activities such as ballroom dancing where he met his wife, Grace. Together, they are both very proud of their son who serves as an Edmonton police constable. While he may not frequent the dance floor anymore, he can often be found at the Highlands Golf Club where he has been a long-time member.

David was born and raised in Edmonton and attended the University of Alberta obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. He then attended the University of Windsor obtaining his law degree in 2004 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005. David practices in the areas of Corporate Commercial Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Wills and Estates and General Litigation Matters. He prides himself on providing quality legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner. An avid hockey fan and player, David spends his free time coaching his son’s minor hockey team, playing in a men’s hockey league and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers. David also enjoys golf (sometimes), gardening and all other outdoor activities.

Helen was born and raised in Vancouver and graduated from the University of Alberta law school in 1999. She began her legal career in Vancouver and in 2007, moved back to Edmonton and was called to Alberta Bar that same year. Helen advises on all aspects of Real Estate and Wills and Estates and is also fluent in Cantonese and understands some Mandarin.

David has lived all over Canada having grown up in a military family. David holds an undergraduate degree in psychology at Carleton University and attended law school at the University of Alberta from which he graduated in 2001. After receiving his call to the Alberta bar in 2002 he has practiced in small firms and as a sole practitioner. David has significant experience advising both purchasers and vendors in the purchase and sale of businesses and companies as well as providing advice respecting incorporations, general and limited partnerships, and joint ventures. David also has significant experience representing clients with respect to the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and estate administration.
